Urban Infill Development | Entitlement Strategy | Investment Nazli Fard leads Fard Development with more than a decade of residential development experience across Jersey City and the greater New York metropolitan area. Nazli Fard is the Founder and Managing Partner of Fard Development, where she oversees acquisitions, entitlement strategy, design coordination, and project execution across the firm’s residential portfolio. With a hands-on approach spanning site acquisition through construction and delivery, she focuses on creating thoughtfully designed homes that integrate quality craftsmanship, efficient planning, and strong neighborhood context. Prior to founding Fard Development, Ms. Fard held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson in marketing and product strategy, contributing to innovation initiatives and product launches. Her background combines investment discipline, development execution, and design sensitivity, allowing her to evaluate opportunities from both financial and architectural perspectives. Ms. Fard holds graduate degrees from Rutgers University and Carleton University and was recognized by Marquis Who’s Who for her contributions to real estate development and investment.
